Despite the emphasis our society now places on physical activity and managing stress, there are still a lot of us out there working long hours to the detriment of our physical and mental health. Even though hard work is definitely important and we should all put our all into achieving our career goals, it is important to keep in mind that all of this can come at a cost - how much are you willing to sacrifice for your career?

Obviously, we all want to achieve a balance which allows us to progress professionally but without having to give up our health, leisure time and priceless moments with family, friends and loved ones.

No one looks back on their life and wishes they'd worked more; but most of us wish that we'd taken more time to enjoy life and to enjoy the company of our family and friends. Unfortunately, work can become a treadmill which is hard to get off of without some help.
